Privacy notice

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This notice explains how your personal information is handled when you use the Remixed Remastered website or contact us about a booking.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

Orin Vallely, trading as Remixed Remastered, is a UK sole trader and the data controller responsible for personal information collected through this website and booking enquiries.

Website: remixed-remastered.com
Email: info@remixed-remastered.com

2. What information we collect

If you send an enquiry through our form or email us, we may receive your name, agency or organisation, email address, booking category, proposed date, details of your venue or event, and any other information you choose to provide. We also receive correspondence connected with your enquiry and any resulting booking.

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, browser details, request information and security events. External font and icon providers may also receive technical connection information when their resources load.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in your booking message unless it is necessary.

3. Why we use it and our lawful bases

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically add you to an email marketing list. There is no automated decision-making about bookings through this website.

4. Who processes information

We use Cloudflare to host and help protect the website, and Formspree to process booking form submissions and send enquiry notifications. Booking correspondence is handled through our Microsoft 365 email account provided through GoDaddy. These providers may process information on our behalf to deliver the website, transmit enquiries and manage replies. Other providers may be involved where reasonably necessary to arrange and deliver a booking.

We do not sell personal information.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred internationally, the applicable UK data protection transfer requirements and safeguards must be met. You can contact us to request details of the relevant arrangements.

6. How long we keep information

We use the following criteria to decide retention: the time needed to respond to and close an enquiry, whether it leads to a booking, whether further correspondence or a dispute is reasonably anticipated, and any applicable legal, tax or accounting obligations. Booking and financial records may therefore be retained for longer than unsuccessful enquiries. We review records and remove them when no longer required for these purposes.

7. Cookies, analytics and external links

The current website is not designed to set advertising or behavioural-tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use essential website security technologies. The site currently loads fonts and icon resources from third-party providers; technical connection data may be shared with those providers. The Instagram pop-up on our website offers an optional preview of our public Instagram profile. The preview does not request content from Instagram until you select “Load Instagram preview”. Once loaded, Instagram may process your IP address, device information and other data and may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can choose not to load it and continue using our website. If you follow a link to Instagram, its own privacy practices apply.

We will reassess our cookie and privacy controls before introducing non-essential tracking, embedded third-party media or other new services. Where the law requires consent or an opt-out, appropriate controls will be provided.

8. Your rights

Subject to the circumstances and applicable legal exceptions, you may have the right to access your personal information, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, receive certain data in a portable format, and object to certain uses of your information.

Your right to object: You can object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Contact info@remixed-remastered.com to exercise this or another data protection right.

9. Complaints

If you have concerns, please contact us so we can try to resolve them. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO): ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

10. Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the services we use or the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows when this notice was last revised.
